Education Workshop — The Ecology of Lyme Disease

August 20, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Experts have predicted an up-‘tick’ in the number of ticks infected with Lyme Disease and a corresponding increase in the number of humans also infected with the disease across the Northeastern US in 2017. Erie County Park Ranger Chuck Bartlett will talk about his time working in a prestigious lab that unraveled the fascinating ecologic relationships that made the prediction possible. Come join us as he discusses the “Ecology of Lyme Disease.”
Advanced registration is required. Please call Ed Kasperek at 716.352.8346.

Sincere thanks to the Erie County Parks Department for their cooperation and assistance with this and all of the CRC programs.
